Jacqui is currently Head of Data Platforms & Operations, Deputy Director at DWP Digital with over 20 years’ experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects. Her role is focused on leading the acceleration of Data Delivery to offer excellent digital services to citizens through using interactive, real-time data, and, through improved use of customer and performance insight data.
Jacqui is passionate about championing diversity and inclusion, removing the barriers women face in the workplace and developing role models and leaders.
Head of Data Capability, DWP Digital
Gemma has over 15 years’ experience in digital analysis across a range of sectors including retail, finance and travel. She joined the civil service 5 years ago, since then she has built the Digital Performance Analysis profession in DWP Digital up from a team of 8 to a community of over 50.
Currently Head of Data Capability, Gemma is responsible for talent growth, skill development and community engagement for data in DWP Digital.

Experienced data and data science leader with a skill set developed in government and research. Olga is driven by innovation and continuous improvement of data & analytical solutions and capability.
Currently Head of Profession for Data Science, Olga provides a community of support from professionalisation and learning and development to knowledge sharing and showcasing the work of her teams.
