Alison is the SVP of EMEA at Snowflake, where she is focused on building the team and strategy to accelerate Snowflake’s hyper-growth in EMEA. Alison is an experienced sales leader with 20 years of experience in the software and enterprise applications industry. Her sales experience spans from start-ups like AppDynamics to acclaimed large enterprise companies like IBM, HP, and Oracle. Across her past roles, she has sold into hundreds of new accounts, developed sales growth strategies, and led major teams of professional salespeople.

Ali is passionate about developing sales organizations that are deeply focused on customer value; the business always comes easily when the customer understands the impact the product can have.

Outside of her career accomplishments, Ali is a mother of two teenagers, a wife, a cook, a fitness enthusiast and a strong advocate for the advancement of women in sales careers. Ali has a Criminal Justice degree with a focus on Sociology and Political Science from Washington State University.
