TIME TO STOP 'LIVING WITH IT'
NATALIE CRAMP, WOMEN'S HEALTH CHAIR AT WOMEN IN DATA® & CEO AT PROFUSION
DAME CLARE GERADA, GP AND MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF NHS PRACTITIONER HEALTH
Women live longer than men, but live far fewer years in good health than men do. There is well documented gender inequality in healthcare, both due to lack of education, data and funding for conditions which specifically affect women, and poorer female representation in research for conditions which affect all sexes. This is a reality impacting each and every one of us, it’s time to take control and stop just living with it. This session will explore some of the challenges women face and what we, with your help, as Women in Data® intend to do about it.
