Hilda Davies joined Snowflake in 2018 as the founding member of Snowflake Professional Services in EMEA, prior to joining the Field CTO office to lead the Performance Solutions and Data Engineering workstreams. With more than 30 years of experience working in data, Hilda is passionate about helping organizations uncover new ways to get better, faster and deeper insights out of data, advising them on their Data Cloud strategies, and how to maximize the return of their investment in Snowflake. Hilda is proud of the fact that diversity, equity and inclusion has long been a focus for Snowflake, and the fact that they are important pillars that are central in the day to day life at Snowflake.
