Ella is 23 years old working for IBM Consulting in their AI and Analytics Practice, having recently graduated from her Degree Apprenticeship. Her current role as an AI Consultant includes helping clients ideate and implement AI solutions in the Financial Services sector. She never thought leaving school that she would ever work in a ‘data’ role within business because Ella hated coding (still does!!) and thought that really was all it was but she couldn’t have been more wrong.

Ella has a passion for helping young girls learn this too and create more opportunities for them to enter the industry as she has and thrive because it’s for EVERYONE! You’ll always find her with a smile on her face whatever she is doing and has loved continuing to drive the Girls in Data charity forward as Co-Chair. Ella’s ambition to push for even more change in this space is bigger than ever, with a target of reaching 2.5 million girls by 2030 through Girls in Data’s work, but she needs the Women in Data Community’s help. Ella has won multiple industry awards for her efforts, including being named in the Series 6 Twenty last year.
