Dr Parves Khan is CEO of ESOMAR, the global professional and business association representing the research, insights and data analytics industry.
With nearly three decades of experience under her belt, Parves has worked across a range of sectors including Fortune 500 companies like Ageas and Pearson. Parves is passionate about encouraging more young women into STEM related careers and has been championing initiatives through her role as Non-Executive Director of the Business Advisory Board of Solent University and as Executive Council Member of TLA Women in Tech, which is a 700 strong working group within Tech London Advocates dedicated to increasing gender balance and equality in tech through a range of #SheCanDoTech initiatives that champion fairness and inclusivity for a sustainable tech future at a global level. In May 2021, Parves was named one of Women in Data UK’s Twenty in Data and Technology 2020, an honor reserved for leading female data professionals. Parves was recognised for her exceptional career in bringing traditional market research and data analytics together, as well as her commitment to helping other women carve out leadership role in a traditionally male-dominated field.
