Zahraa Kadri is a Senior Consultant and Chartered Mathematician working in Arup’s Advisory Services portfolio since July 2021. She specialises in data in the civil engineering sector and transport related asset management, and was awarded Top 20 Women in Data and Tech in the UK for 2020.



She has extensive experience in transportation projects involving digital innovations, customer insights, asset management decision support tools and asset valuations. During her 10 years in the engineering sector, she has led on building analytical methodologies across several award-winning projects, informing key decision-makers for their wide-ranging strategic and tactical asset management problems. Her involvement in data and analytics in highways has contributed towards road safety campaigns such as reducing tailgating.



Zahraa is an active member of the British Standards Institute AMS/1 Committee where she is involved with developing a guidance document for managing data assets. She is a young professional member of the PIARC Asset Management Technical Committee where she is involved with researching the renewal and rejuvenation of aging infrastructure.
