After gaining a masters in Mathematics and Computer Science, Elly started her career in analytics in the Cyber Security & Defence sector. From there she transitioned into machine learning focussed roles, eventually joining the LEGO group in 2022 as a data scientist in demand forecasting. Elly is passionate about tackling the gender gap in STEM domains, having previously worked with schools and young people to challenge stereotypes.
